We collect your email address when you buy the book or ask for the free chapter. We use it to send you the book or the chapter and, now and then, a recipe or news about Pauline's books. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Your payment is handled by our payment provider; we never see your card details. We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this website and send emails, and they only use your details to do that for us.
We keep a simple record that your book was sent and opened (the time and the internet address), in case there is ever a question about your payment. We keep your email while you are on our list, or as long as we need it for your order. To see or delete your details, write to us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
